Well, I would like to give them five stars Well, I am disappointed in them. They did not help my soon to be adult child They do not keep their word I have asked if they could do something they said they would & they never did and they won't return calls. That's not very responsible. Yeah not good. They are good with children under the age of six so if you have children under the age of 6 they're probably a good fit.

My son loves Balance Behavior Therapy! He has come such a long way, and the team is very attentive to his unique way of learning and developing. They always keep us updated on the progress he’s making and areas we can continue to work on. I feel confident knowing my son is safe, supported, and truly enjoying his time in ABA therapy. As a parent, that’s all I can ask for.

We discovered Balance Behavior Therapy at a time when we were in an extremely vulnerable place with our son and felt like we were running out of options. From the beginning, the team at BBT has been incredibly supportive, always willing to tailor plans and goals to meet our son's unique needs. Over the past year and a half, we've witnessed remarkable progress in his sensory regulation, communication skills, emotional expression, and overall behavior. We are deeply grateful to the entire staff at BBT and cannot thank them enough for the impact they've had on our son.

I am forever grateful for Balance Behavior Therapy. Ever since my son was diagnosed with autism, they have been an incredible source of support, guidance, and care for our family. From the very beginning, their team has been extremely helpful and communicative, making sure we felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. We initially started services at home, and the transition into center-based therapy was seamless thanks to their dedication and thoughtful planning. They truly take the time to understand my son's individual needs and adjust his program as he grows and continues to progress. As a parent, it's such a relief to know that my child actually looks forward to attending school everyday. Every therapist and staff member we've interacted with has been professional, kind, and compassionate. I can see the growth in my son — not just in skills, but in his confidence and ability to engage with the world around him.

In only 2 1/2 months, my daughter (Level 3-ASD) has made a gigantic step in communication skills, increased in socialization skills, and decreased problematic behaviors.
