Horrible. I got my window replaced a while ago but this still bothers me. I told them I wasn’t happy and then sent someone out to fix it, when the kid showed up he said it was “fine” and wasn’t going to replace it.

We have had both our windshield replaced and then a few months later, a rock chip filled on the new one. The gentleman there are always amazing, so helpful and nice. Jeff in particular was a joy to deal with and I will go back with every need we have (Especially with the upcoming winter and the possibility of rock chips).

OK, this is not going to be a nice review, My fiancé works up at mount sunapee ski resort for vail resorts, She went to work about eight days ago maybe 10 days ago she came out after working a 12 hour day got into our 2013 Chevy Impala. She started it up and she said she heard a weird noise she got out of the car walked around. it looked at the rear windshield. It looked like somebody used our trunk as a table for their skis or snowboard and put their skis or snowboard through our back window. Nobody left a note. Nobody said anything there’s no cameras nothing we can do other than pay for another windshield so people around her Work did a GoFundMe or actually passed a jar around and we got help to pay for it so the day comes we scheduled the appointment five days ago they put a new rear windshield in the car. They left in 10 minutes after they left I went down looked at the Work was not happy at all it was goop everywhere and a huge scratch or crack down the left side of the glass. I took pictures and I sent it over to the manager and he basically said my guys did a great job but they didn’t because here I am five days after they replaced a glass. I’m sitting here with a shattered rear windshield they were supposed to come days ago. They canceled that appointment and made it for a later date. I told them there was things that were wrong so I called them this morning. They said we’re gonna have to change this to a work order and I will see what I can do to get the price down wait hold on is what I said and I said the price down what do you mean then I lost service. Nobody called me back so here. I am no money and now no car because the work they did was horrible and I am not one to complain but now I can’t get to work. I’m gonna lose my job. I’m losing money and I’ve already lost my patience until somebody does something. I’m telling you guys please do not use this company. There are other places that are cheaper with better customer service and they just do all around better Work.

Staff has been wonderful. Had a medical emergency night before appointment they had no issues at all letting me reschedule. If anything changes after my Monday windshield replacement I'll update this but so far they live up to the expectation on has of safelite

I had to have a chip fixed and I contacted Safelight Repair. I immediately got an appointment for the next day. The space in Keene, NH was clean and everyone was professional. Joshua was very clear about what needed to be done, and he fixed it very quickly, and my insurance covers it 100%! I highly recommend using Safelight AutoRepair.

This company is a Joke. Over a week ago I booked an appointment for them to come to my house and replace the windshield in my truck. they told me they would be there between 3 and 5 PM. 4:50 comes around and no driver shows up yet. So I call... Driver says he is an hour away from me and didn't call because he had no cell service... at a sky resort.... don't buy it...then I am told by this driver that I need to provide him with a garage and lighting to do the work because he doesn't have those tools with him.... so I said never mind I will make a new time for them to come out. I do this I call customer service who was amazing to deal with, super helpful. We book a time that I am not using my truck for 2 whole days while I am working. They day the comes for them to show up....and I get the call...Sorry we arnt coming to you I have no drivers available..... So I am done being nice about this... SAELITE SUCKS! time to find someone that does want my money.... what a joke and a trash company well at least the Keene NH office....
