Claim your listing! Can't say enough good about Niagara Therapy! Facility was always clean and welcoming. We loved our OT Markelle. She was always so patient and friendly with my 5 year old daughter and always prepared with new suggestions and ideas for her sensory challenges.

My son received Occupational Therapy for over a year and I received Physical Therapy for roughly 4 months. My son greatly improved in many areas including recognizing emotions and coping strategies if he began to feel overwhelmed.

My 3-year-old autistic son has been going to Niagara Therapy since November for occupational therapy. His therapist, Julie, is so good with him. He can be a little rambunctious at times, but she always knows how to get him to focus and … More

My 3 year old son has been attending occupational therapy at Niagara for almost a year now. Our pediatrician referred us to Niagara Therapy after he was showing signs of delay in fine motor skills and some sensory processing issues.

Just like every other mental health place in Erie they only care about money you’re just a number to them, they will like every other local behavioral health location cancel or reschedule your appointments last second because the doctor decided not to show up then force you to the back over the 1+ month line again.

This place beware. There therapist Erin will tell everyone your buisness and share things that are personal. She will also lie in court about things and try to get you locked upand tell people that she is intimated and scare of you if u try to file a complaint. The receptionist is rude and nasty and will discharge u if u even talk with ur hands. They are not good people. Erin lied in open court on the record and they deleted all the proof that court needed before the hearing to prove someone was yelling the truth. Very unprofessional, rude with patients and blaming a patients for no reason specially the one who work on front desk she is very unprofessional rude and very mean .

They're a falsely advertising "MENTAL HEALTH" establishment Patraying to actually help ppl an that's more so becuzz of they're supervisor, or higher-ups in the company an to be in a state that's all about women an kids. They treat the women's mental health as if it doesn't matter an dnt let the women have a kid(s) an suffering from POSTPARTUM they definitely don't care an they say the issue is keeping appointments well if they have both virtual an in person appointments there wudnt be as many issues. They're biggest issue is that they're motto is "one rotten apple spoils the bunch" so that's why they're rating is where it is this company is a big contradiction really read the reviews to this place before yu give yourself more mental trama. Becuzz this place isn't here to help yu wit yur trama except to create more of it for yu

i give only 1 star bc its good the fact that they exist because they could potentially help people. however I give them low ratings because I feel like they really need to get it together at this place. my son had an appointment with a text message verifying 10:30 a.m. last week once he got there was told that he was supposed to be there at 10:00 a.m. even though he showed the text message they said he had to reschedule. and then again today he was supposed to go to a class had a message stating he was supposed to go to the class this evening gets there he's not on the list for that class so again had to walk up there for nothing over a mile. walks over a mile to n from the place!

My daughter went in for a gene site test in July or August of 2018. We weren't able to get in for the results until Feb of 2019 due to the doctor's schedule. Well, I got a call about 2 weeks ago saying we needed to push back her appointment another 3 weeks. I wasn't happy about it since we already had to wait 6-7 months, but it was fine. It got rescheduled to Feb 20th. Well, I just got another call today saying it would be pushed back yet again to March. And the scheduler laughed at me and told me it was just a difference of 6 days. Other doctors weren't available for several months as well.
