Ready To Learn ABA, LLC

If I could take my star back I would. This company accepted my daughter for ABA therapy then one day the BCBA Kia stated that it was time for my daughters renewal for Medicaid. I understood.. what I STILL don't understand to this day is how BCBA NEVER called me back. I called for months in regards to my daughters treatment and she continued to brush me off. She screened my calls and even had her employees screening my calls saying they would call back. She never did. I took it upon myself to contact medicaid to see why the delay in approval and medicaid told me my daughters dates for treatment were approved but by the time we found out that one had also expired. To this day as I am typing this review She still has yet to explain what happened with my daughters services. What's really messed up is the fact that my daughter was actually learning from this place and she was eager to learn. To snatch that away from a child is the worst thing you can do.
