Very committed staff working with complex behavioral issues. They do great with the kids. Insurance is always a headache, but that's because of the excessive red tape to get mental health care.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Behavioral Innovations in Moore is not a safe or professional space for neurodivergent children—especially not for Black families. After I was verbally attacked by another parent in the parking lot on July 21, 2025 (I have video proof), my child was expelled hours later—not for anything she did, but because of how I was treated. Staff admitted they didn’t witness the incident and claimed—again—that “cameras don’t record.” This was retaliation, not policy. Back in March, my daughter was strangled by another student due to staff negligence. Leadership was more concerned with my reaction to her being harmed than the fact that she was harmed. They offered no accountability—only silence, cold treatment, and eventually, a blatant attempt to diminish my character. That’s why I record EVERYTHING now—including the parent’s attack. I picked up my daughter calmly and found her a new ABA center within 20 minutes—one that welcomed her with compassion and professionalism. We deserve better. Our children deserve better. I will never stop advocating—no matter how uncomfortable it makes people.

They are educating our family on how best to embrace our Luci in a way that promotes her growth without restraints and in a safe environment. She is only two but they have made the adjustment into ABA such a great transition I can’t wait to see what’s to come. My baby absolutely loves it here.

Unfortunately at this specific clinic my child was denied bathroom access for a whole 8 hour period due to her special needs she was required by staff to use the faculty bathroom up stairs however that bathroom was locked that day resulting in my 4 year old being forced to pee on herself or hold it in... not to mention her food was coming back unmade after being told sending her with her macaroni cups was okay so she wasnt able to eat her lunch on those days which made her food aversion worse We ended up switching to the midwest city location which is much better however I have alot to say about this specific company/ organization some positive things but sad to say alot of negative please be careful with your non verbal babies I would have never know one of the staff members was being mean to my child and dismissed her crying due to getting her finger squished in a door and when I asked why my daughter was crying the staff member rudley said "She just didn't want to work" and that's when my daughter told me she hurt her finger in a door that got shut. This type of attitude and treatment coming from staff members was shocking given the field they are in

This was our first time doing ABA. The staff at Behavioral Innovations is amazing. I appreciate everything they did for my son. I appreciate them listening to our needs and helping by providing techniques and tools to use at home. We highly recommend Behavioral Innovations.
