Spectrum Residential Habilitation

This company hires kids right out of high school in most cases and the training consists of doing the paperwork correctly.They dont train them on any other skills. They're expected to take care of individuals when they have 0 life skills or experience. The office people slander the clients as they do house tours in orientation. They spend more time worrying about the staff extracurricular activities then activities for the clients!They all act like High school kids in different clucks! They say they'll teach clients coping skills, how to meal plan, and how to budget but really they just sit on their phones... Its a joke. They had a client that fell in his room and piece of furniture was on him and he laid there for over 8 hrs and died because nobody even checked on him! Dont trust this company with your loved ones!

Out of all the Res Hab companies I have to say hands down That Spectrum is the absolute best. The care and compassion this company gives their participants is the best I have ever seen. I would recommend this company to anybody and everybody!
