This provider promises high but delivers very poorly.Just because they are convincing over the phone doesn't mean they are professionals. They promised no wait list. Which is the only thing that kept my faith in them.

The RBT was unprofessional, the RBT ran me off the road the RBT call child services on me cause she was mad, took my daughter to her home to go live with her,with her to go smoke weed and the company did nothing about it and I have her on camera driving off with my underage child

I would not recommend Step It Up ABA based on my experience. The intake process was very quick and responsive, but once services began and an RBT was assigned, the level of support and communication significantly declined.
