Sarah is so empathetic, patient and smart. She truly cares about her clients and their progress. When I moved to South Bend I was nervous about having a new speech therapist, but having Sarah do in home therapy has been instrumental to my daughters success.

Sarah is incredible at what she does. She keeps parents informed on progress and kids engaged during their sessions. My son and daughter both looked forward to their sessions each week. With Sarah’s help, my daughter rapidly mastered several sounds she was having trouble articulating. They even worked on sounds that she wasn’t developmentally expected to have mastered by her age because she had made so many strides with Sarah’s help and was so enthusiastic about attending sessions. In addition to being a phenomenal teacher for the kids, Sarah was also super flexible and made billing/payment simple. After talking with several larger operations and beginning to jump through all the hoops they presented (… without even knowing what therapist would be assigned to work with our kids!), it was refreshing to meet Sarah and discover that the process didn’t need to be so rigid and impersonal. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend Sarah and am so grateful for her help!

Sarah has been helping my daughter, Siena, with her expressive speech since she was just about 2yo, and she is now 5 1/2. Sarah has worked with her in every setting imaginable—over Zoom, in person with masks, and in person in various settings. Siena’s speech went from nearly non-existent at age 2 to basically at age level. She has had to diligently practice many sounds that come naturally to a lot of kids, and I truly mean it when I say that I don’t think this would have happened without Sarah’s guidance. Sarah is one of those rare people who can communicate equally effectively with adults and children of many ages. She has consistently made speech fun for Siena, while also ensuring that it is productive and focused on specific sounds. Sarah has also always kept us updated on what they’re working on, goals and objectives, Siena’s progress, and next steps. I highly recommend Sarah to any parents who have a young child struggling with any form of expressive speech!
