We have been clients at UPAC-NOVI since 2019. My child was 3 years old then and now she’s 7. I can say many things about her time with UPAC-Novi but most importantly since attending she has made tremendous progress with communication, social skills, behavioral challenges, and the small steps for daily living. Everyone’s journey and experience is different hence the word “spectrum” and we’re thankful to have found this place. It has been a great fit for our child and for us as a family. I would highly recommend if your looking for Autism services. Her BCBA Heather and her staff has been such a great support and help through all these years. We are grateful to be here.

My son has been attending UPAC since 2019. We have a wonderful relationship with his BCBA, Mada, and many of the therapists. My son has learned so many life and behavorial coping skills since attending. He has thrived becoming more tolerant of new environments, social situations, and transitions. The Center is clean, bright and kid friendly. They provide the children with different toys, crafts, and learning opputunities. They even have a fenced in area outdoors with several play structures, scooters, and bikes. I would highly recommend University Pediatricians Autism Center to other families in the Novi/Northville area.

Beware Billing Issues! I have had nothing but trouble trying to use an online payment system with University Pediatricians. I am still trying to pay them after 3 years of stopping services. They did not recognize they were receiving the payments and kept billing us. When I called to speak to the billing company directly they were even confused and put my account on hold for a year trying to figure it out. After a year, I contacted them and offered to pay the remaining amount. The same thing happened where they claimed to not have received the payments and sent my bills to a debt collector! This has totally ruined our credit even though I have all the proof of receipts showing payment. Save your receipts and make sure that even though you are busy with an autistic child that you have extra time to deal with the billing nightmare!

My son was diagnosed with autism via pediatric neurologist in Dec. 2016. She gave me a referral to see Dr. Nixon. I have called many times and left 2 messages with all my info! No returns? I know places get busy, but really? I need help for my child, and this business doesn't give much hope. I cant even get a phone call!
