My experience with Up, Up and Away was nothing short of exceptional and worthy of five stars. From my very first inquiry, their team demonstrated an outstanding level of openness and communication. They patiently walked me through their approach to ABA therapy, answered all of my many questions without rushing me, and provided clear, detailed information about their methods and philosophy. What impressed me most was how forthcoming they were about their services and what we could realistically expect. There was never any pressure or hidden information - they shared everything we needed to know to make an informed decision. This level of honest, open communication is rare to find, especially when exploring therapy options.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Up Up and Away, and I was impressed by my experience. The facility itself is very clean, providing a comfortable and organized environment. The owner, Dr. Jessica Mowatt, is very knowledgeable and brings a wealth of experience to the team. We’ve been with Up, Up and Away for almost a year now, and have nothing negative to say. They have been incredible! The communication is excellent, they hear us out on what we need help working on with our son, and they develop goals accordingly. They have been amazing with my son, professional, and just very nice people. This company has been a complete opposite experience from our first ABA company, and I highly recommend them.
