Very negative experience..with the director here my daughter has autism and I had an incident at the previous daycare that ended with my daughter in the emergency room so I wanted her out immediately. I found this day thru ccdf and thought it was great for my daughter condition. I stated the hours I need are until 6pm although they are listed closing @7pm I was told they close at 5pm at the moment. which I mentioned it's a stretch but I could make that..My daughter was only there for a approximately a month and at least twice a week I am asked can I pick her up at 4 or 430 after I enrolled her. I been constantly telling her I start a internship my semester ended but I have a internship picking up 6/3..so understand me picking her up early is because I'm some what available because of my break. Today after I dropped her off I was sent a a text saying I needed to pick her up at 4 I said I had prior engagement I can't pick her up early.. Then she send me a text saying if I don't pick her up her up early she is charging me a late fee..Then I asked how can I be charged a late fee for not pickinh her up early I'm not paying a late fee and then send me a text 5 mins later saying effective immediately she kicking her out at the same day without any notice. when I have school Monday.
