We’ve had an amazing experience with this ABA clinic. The staff is professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to helping each child reach their full potential. They take the time to understand individual needs and create thoughtful, effective treatment plans. The therapists are patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the kids and families they work with. Communication has always been clear and consistent, and we feel supported every step of the way. We’ve seen so much growth and progress thanks to their hard work and commitment. We are incredibly grateful for everything they do and highly recommend this clinic to any family looking for quality ABA services.

What a wonderful school for our children! The team is excellent and cares deeply for those they are entrusted. The facility is beautiful and a magical place for the students to learn in. I am so grateful for these educators and their care and attention to my child.

Very rude staff. I had placement of a child that went there. I got lied to about how many hours the child was approved for. Talked to state had paperwork sent to prove other wise. Also got asked to keep the child home so staff could take a day off. They was only open 5 days so when was those hours to be made up? Also an incident happened with said child and wasn’t notified by phone but asked to sign a paper the next day. Turned all evidence into state.

Staff is beyond rude. And very under trained...... They canceled my daughter's services because of a bad review that I left. Proves they don't care anything about the children. Parents beware they are vaping in the bathroom. The most unprofessional one is Megan.

If I could give more than 5 starts I definitely would! They have been with me thru the entire process of getting my daughter evaluated and getting her enrolled into their amazing program. I was actually hesitant myself with starting ABA after hearing some negative things BUT Action behavior center has completely changed my mindset! I love that they’re so personal and helpful from the front desk to therapists and BCBA. My daughter is in love with this place and is always excited to go! She’s only been going for almost a month and she’s already made a lot of progress in her behaviors and I am so proud! I even recommended Action to a friend out of state they’re so good! Thank you to everyone I’ve worked with and continue to work with throughout mine and my daughters autism journey❤️ :)

ABC is by far one of the greatest centers for autism that my family has seen and been to, this center in specific! They have become family, each and every staff member has treated both of my sons with so much love and care it’s truly heart warming! Our five year old is thriving and we have ABC and the team to thank for that! Everyone here is so welcoming and understanding to every child, their family and their specific needs. I know for a fact that my sons are safe, are being cared for and are reaching their goals with the help of their RBT’s! ABC is truly life changing! I cannot thank the team enough for all that they do! I cannot recommend them enough !

I can’t thank them enough! I’ve notice a huge difference since my son started attending the center. He’s only been there for not even 2 full months and my son now makes eye contact, he’s learning sign language and has improved sooooo much! I went from not sleeping at night due to him not falling asleep for the last 2 years. He would sleep a few hours a night. Now he gets his full 8hrs sleep and now takes naps. My son would spend hours crying and I would try to figure out his needs and was unsuccessful. Now he shows me what he wants. The staff has become a family and everyone is so nice and patient with our kids. To see the joy in his face when we get to the center, he goes straight to the door ready to go through the secured area. I can now go to work without worrying about him. He’s in great hands!! I absolutely love and recommend this center to any parent struggling with a child with autism. We have to remember that every child learns different, the amount of one on one time each child gets is what has made a huge impact on my son. If I could give you guys more stars, I would!!!!! This staff is very knowledgeable!!!

Full time or forget it Our son started at this location when it first opened. If approved by insurance they want your child to attend full time 40 hours of therapy, suggesting less than that is not an option because ABC feels it is clinically necessary. We started our son with the understanding that not only is he on the spectrum but that he has UNDERLYING HEALTH CONDITIONS. The first 3 months showed such promise his one on one therapists were great. Unfortunately since this location has begun expanding it has been a revolving door of operational managers and therapist working with my child, with that being said my son caught Covid from one of his therapists and since then his health has not been the same. We have taken every precaution and have done everything to work with ABC. Even if we felt the long days of therapy were too much for our child, it never felt like an option to go part time. Long therapy hours, over stimulation and medications contributed to naps during sessions that they required a doctors note for him to nap. They claim they have your child's best interest in mind but my son just spent a month in the hospital and within 1 day of his return to the center they discharged him, they didn't even give him a chance. They said they were willing to ease him back in to see how he does but they decided within the 1st day he returned! Even if his doctors had approved his return to ABC and we felt he would do well for at least 4 hours of therapy the impression we got was It's full time or forget it. We were told to reach out when our son is well enough to return to their center. We hope that other families will have a better experience than we had.
