I am only saying this experience because I don't feel like it was handled professionally. I had waited at this point almost years to even get in an ABA therapy place. Finally found one that accepted my sons insurance then waited months then weeks after sending in all the paperwork. For me to have to contact you to tell me you no longer accept my insurance. Then I was told oh you would send referrals...I didn't. I know it's a center you know how difficult parenting a special needs child is. Better communication would have been appreciated.

Jesse is amazing! She welcomed my son and I when I was just beginning to understand his diagnosis. She educated me, loved on us, and went out of her way to see how she could support us in many other ways. Her warm smile and genuine love shows in everything she does. She is a person of her word. God knew what He was doing when he had our paths meet. Her “above and beyond “ call of duty extends outside the clinic facility. I appreciate ALL that she has done for my son and me.
