I took my daughter to Building Blocks months ago. I was told they would reach out to set something up as she was needing the help for speech. I didn’t hear back from anyone for about 2 months maybe longer, thought maybe Medicaid was taking for ever. So I called about a month ago now and because it was closing time they told me they’d call me the next day with information on what’s going on. Here I am once again calling them back because they refused to keep me updated with what was going on, and tells me that she’s on a wait...

I have known both Kristel and Ana, owners of Build-A-Block for almost 9 years when they worked for another ABA company. When that company could no longer continue providing services, I followed their recommendation to another company where Ana would continue to work with my child. When Build-A-Block was finally opened, I quickly (and without hesitation) moved to them. This company is wonderful, caring, and very professional. The entire staff works hard to provide a service that helped my child grow in a world that expects so much from them but does little to understand how they function. I highly recommend this company based on almost a decade of first-hand knowledge and because even after services have stopped, Kristel and Ana continue to take my child under their wing. Call them - forget the others!
