Terrible staff, all they care about is your money. I paid $100 for an assessment, on the day of I was told I hadn't got the correct paperwork from the clerk of court, which was incorrect, so I was told that I had a 100 credit.

The counselors are kind and seem sincere. The sessions are interesting and helpful. The financial administration are only interested in seeking payment for services and not flexible in helping the clients find a realistic workable solution. Best have an big wallet!

Excellent Place! I would give 10 stars if I could. I had an appointment the same week. Even though my insurance wouldn't cover the initial doctor visit it was still affordable being self pay.

First Step Services helped my daughter out so much with finding an Early Intervention provider/school in a very timely fashion. We did not have to be put on any sort of waiting lists, which was great and extremely helpful when dealing with babies/toddlers on the spectrum. Our coordinator Leslie was also extremely helpful and attentive, consistently checking in with us via phone calls throughout the weeks, making sure that we were on track with getting all of the services that my daughter needed. They work VERY quickly in their process of finding placement for your child and are highly communicative with us parents, which is very much appreciated. I would HIGHLY recommend First Step Services if you are looking for a great provider who will help your child with their early intervention needs!

My child had all his evaluations and services through First Step Services. He was not speaking at all and struggled with emotions. He was unable to keep eye contact and would grow extremely frustrated without any reason at times. He is now in regular education with some support services and does not stop talking. I am forever grateful to the team at first steps for helping my baby get to where he is now.

This Company has helped me tremendously with my son. He's in the Early intervention program and they worked quickly to find him providers for his therapies which I know can be very difficult. They checked up on me all the time asking about his progress and if there was anything we needed or anything I had concerns with. They often showed interest in accommodating my son and i.I felt they genuinely cared about my son which meant everything to me! Their providers are also awesome, I have experience with both their therapists and evaluators and have always had a very pleasant experience. Thank you First Step!

The staff is rude I went there to just get some knowledge of the services on Sept 24 about 2pm and the light skin young lady talk to me through the door and she says with an attitude and a funny hand gesture what do you need as if she was annoyed the customer service is deplorable. I walked away in disbelief.
