I took my nephew there and I’m telling you don’t go to this center. They collect your insurance and assigned us to a psychiatrist that was definitely not sober. They are the worst don’t take your love ones there 😞

In the beginning when I first started going to the guidance center about six years ago, they were helpful.after the former CEO left and a new one came in the place went down hill.there are people who go there who need more assistance than the guidance center can offer.there have been thefts of patients phones,I feel that lower functioning individuals are catered to & the higher functioning individuals aren't.i have depression and going there made it worse.if you seeking employment and ask for assistance and get frustrated with the process and find employment yourself, the staff becomes irritated with you.i feel like you can't run a effective mental health facility unless you address what isn't working

I had a horrible experience with this place. My daughter who is 3 years old cut her own hair. I had to cut her hair evenly but the staff "Mrs. PENNY was gossiping about my daughters hair to her intern. She expressed how horrible of a parent i am because i chopped off her hair. She was gossiping like a teenager, when the intern realized I caught them she turned red. I took this issue to the director and she said 3 teachers seen what happened and said it wasn't true. They were discussing their own hair. The teachers work together so they look out for eachother. Be careful with your kid going there, their staff will gossip about your child. INFRONT of your toddler. HR wasn't helpful because they went with the 3 teachers who all of a sudden heard the conversation. Mind you this was a graduation everyone was attending a parent but somehow they all heard. Those 2 women Ms. PENNY and her intern were discussing my child privately they just didn't realize i was behind them. OVERALL I had a wonderful experience with Ms. DAWN she is very professional so is the social worker Ms.lydia! Ms. DANA the cordinator was helpful too but it's my word against the 3 statements that "overheard" be careful with your baby attending some staff members act like children. God bless and choose wisely who you let watch yout children. I wish HR would pull up the cameras to see when i was behind Ms. PENNY AND THE INTERN they will see that the 3 people that they claim said they overheard, wasn't around, not even close!!! The cameras wont lie !!

I'm not please with their services at all that number 1. Secondly, counselors decides what time you come in for an appointment. Instead of picking out your own time when you available. That place is trash they not for the people, nor they don't care what you are going through. I would never ever come back there ever again.
