My BA Therapy Center

I’m sharing our experience for families who may be considering this clinic. My son was dismissed due to tardiness while on probation for absences. During the probation meeting, tardiness was not discussed as a reason for dismissal, so that was unexpected.

Se burlaron de mí y mi familia . Luego de meses llamándome que tenían el cupo para mi hija con condición de autismo me dicen luego que logré la aprobación que no pueden ayudar a la niña . Me hicieron perder tiempo y meses de espera porque me llamaban para que no buscara otro centro .

Update: * My daughter has been going here for almost 2 years now and we can’t believe the progress she has made. She began as non verbal and is now fully speaking and ready to graduate and start vpk. They worked to find the right RBTs that worked best for her and I am so thankful for this place. They have great activities for fun and learning, themed dress up days, birthday parties, water slides, arts and crafts, a playground… my daughter loves waking up early just to run inside with the biggest smile on her face. It’s updated, clean, I have gotten to know all of the staff and Chrissy has been amazing developing plans to reach higher goals. Listening to them about the methods they use is extremely important and making sure to follow through with the same practices at home is needed to help your child. I promise you will see a change! Also, I don’t understand the reviews of unanswered phone calls because after 2 years I can say that many calls have been made and they are always answered. Minerva at the front desk has been amazing with being flexible with her scheduling and is just the best. Love Danielle and Lexi who work with my daughter every day. I can’t say enough great things about this place and we are going to miss it just as much as my daughter. Thank you to everyone for all that you have done and I hope you get the chance to send your child here and be able to watch them grow. Patience is needed as your child is in a new environment but I promise with time and the support you receive you will see a positive difference in your child. So incredibly happy and grateful for all that they have done!

My daughter loves being here she looks forward to going to therapy even ask to come on the weekend's. My daughter was non verbal when she entered now she says sentences. I love Gloria in the front she really helped me through the whole enrollment process and is someone I can talk to about any questions or concerns. The RBTs are very supportive and go above and beyond to ensure the best quality for the kiddos. My favorites are Jennifer and Siannah my daughter and I love them. We appreciate everything the center has done so far and excited for what the future holds.

the staff is amazing they go out of their way to make sure your child and you are both comfortable. I love getting pictures of the activities my child is doing throughout the day. would highly recommend!

Had to withdraw my son after only 6 weeks as I didn’t feel the environment was safe. The RBTs change every day, my son’s food and snacks come back every day intact and sealed. My son got sick every first week my son came back with a bruise. They are lying about anything, the front desk lady is so rude Honestly, disorganized, and overall unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you are picky like me and want the best for your kids then I’d skip this therapy. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS THERE

I absolutely love this place for my daughter! She is not one that ever liked to be around others and it only took one week for her to run in so excited every time we arrived..she never wants to leave. All of the staff are absolutely amazing with her and Minerva at the front desk has been so great with accommodating her schedule and is always there to help! She has learned so much in such a short amount of time, being non verbal, and learning how to sign to communicate with us. They are so patient with her being so hyperactive and she is so comfortable here and I can not thank the staff enough for all they do for her! My husband won’t let anyone babysit our kids and was quite nervous but he is so impressed by this place and her progress. Highly recommended!!
