Our experience with BlueSprig Clermont has honestly been life-changing for our family. Our son started in November 2025, and since then we have seen such incredible growth. Before coming here, we worked with providers who didn’t fully understand how he communicates or didn’t really meet him where he was. Our son communicates using Gestalt Language Processing (GLP), and for the first time, we feel like a team truly sees him — not just his challenges, but his potential. One of the biggest things that stands out is how well they work with all of our son's other services. They make sure everyone is aligned and supporting the same goals, and that consistency has made a huge difference in his progress. Safety is extremely important to us, and the staff has been attentive and proactive—whether it’s being mindful during transitions, being aware in shared spaces, or paying attention to his specific needs. That level of care gives me real peace of mind as a parent. What touches me most is how everyone there treats him like he matters. Even outside of his sessions, staff make the effort to connect with him. As a parent, seeing your child recognized and valued like that is incredibly powerful. We are beyond grateful for the progress he’s made and for a team that treats him with patience, respect, and genuine care. If you’re a parent feeling unsure about starting ABA, I hope this encourages you to trust that the right team can make all the difference.

We have been part of the FAC family since my son was about 2½ years old, and he is now 7. When he first started, he was nonverbal, not close to being potty trained, struggled significantly with sensory issues, and became frustrated and overwhelmed very easily. At that time, it was hard to imagine what his future might look like. Fast forward to today, and he is in a place we truly never thought possible. He is fully potty trained, has learned coping skills that help him navigate his emotions, and has made incredible progress both developmentally and emotionally. The growth we’ve seen in him over the years is nothing short of amazing. He absolutely adores his therapists, Zoey and John, and the bond they’ve built with him means the world to our family. I genuinely believe that his entire care team has his best interest at heart and treats him with patience, creativity, and so much care. His BCBA, Briggs, consistently creates treatment plans that thoughtfully challenge him in new and engaging ways, always pushing him to grow while meeting him exactly where he is. FAC has played such a huge role in our son’s journey, and we are beyond grateful for the dedication, compassion, and love they show him every single day. Watching him thrive has been one of the greatest gifts as a parent and we couldn’t have done it without this incredible team. 💙

My wife and I really like this place. My son has greatly improved in all areas, beyond his written goals. His therapists are great and the staff there are overwhelming amazing. Areas to improve: We just hope that the staff is ready when we drop him off at 0900. A lot of times, they get my son 13 mins late at the latest. The waiting room is a little congested during drop off and pick up. Overall, this is highly recommended!

My daughter attended the Florida Autism Center (operated by Bluesprig) in Clermont from March through September 2025. What began as a hopeful attempt to support her autism diagnosis ended in one of the most traumatic experiences of our lives. Therapy sessions were repeatedly canceled due to “staff shortages,” communication was poor, and consistency was nonexistent. I rearranged my entire work schedule to meet their demands, only to be left without notice when sessions were canceled. My daughter’s progress suffered severely as a result. In September, an incident occurred that no parent should ever have to imagine. My four-year-old daughter was left sitting naked on a bathroom floor, crying and in distress, while multiple adult staff members stood by and did nothing to comfort or assist her. Soon after, she became ill and was hospitalized with multiple gynecological infections consistent with exposure to unsanitary conditions on that floor. I filed a formal complaint with Bluesprig leadership, and while corporate representatives did reach out and offer placement at another location, the harm was already done and the trust was lost. Families place their trust in centers like this to provide a safe, compassionate, and therapeutic environment for their children. That trust was completely broken here. I share our experience not out of anger, but in the hope that greater oversight, accountability, and humanity will be brought to this field. Every child with autism deserves care that protects their dignity, respects their needs, and upholds the promise of real progress.

FAC has been a game changer. My daughter is able to talk in full sentences. We are still working on a couple of things but she is no longer harming herself because she can’t be understood. The staff have been wonderful with communication and keeping the parent in the loop of what’s going on in center.
