My child started OT here recently and I just had to post a review. This is our second establishment we’ve tried, first was Kids First. #1. The time it took to get in was reasonable. #2. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. #3. The therapist is amazing with my child.

Wonderful place. As for the previous comments, there must’ve been some changes. My daughter has been going to this office for awhile now and the two therapists that she sees regularly are very kind, professional, and informative. My daughter has also been seen on occasion by two other staff...

They changed my son’s life 🤍 Gianna is the most hard working, compassionate, and determined person i’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing!! She fought hard for my kiddo in the short time he attended- and my son went from practically non verbal to speaking. His behaviors dramatically improved. She knows Autism in and out, and she has a direct approach and respect towards it that is so refreshing as a parent. We moved to New Jersey and now he goes to a private academy (the state actually pays for that up here thank goodness) but in Florida when your options are limited you want the best for your kiddo and BASS Spring Hill is that and more. Even in our day to day at home we try and recreate the environment he had there because he loved it so much!! Patrick was his RBT and my kid absolutely adored him. He had other RBTs as well as sometimes they’d switch up, but because of RBT’s who actually LOVED their jobs and the kids that came with it- he went from dreading school to jumping out of the car and running to BASS’s door. They have an area for every need your kid may have. If your kid is overly active like mine- their gym is a game changer. It’s also a great motivator for the kiddos. Everyday you’ll get a progress report which helps you know how your kid is doing. Gianna keeps things CLEAN and i mean SPOTLESS. The kids are all smiling, safe, and happy. They got him into their program within a month of applying and every step of the way was made easy for us. Highly recommend 🤍 They also accept Humana Medicaid (because i know sometimes it’s so hard to tell which places do and don’t upfront) Thank you BASS for changing my son’s life forever!! 🤍🙏

My son has had so much progress since starting here and he's only been here since April. The staff is caring, he loves his therapists, he wants to go in the mornings. They have clear communication and punctuality. Would definitely recommend.
