My grandson Troy has been attending this facility for over a year. In that short period of time his communication and interaction has grown tremendously. I cannot say enough about Ms Jackie and her team. This staff has become a second family for Troy. With Troys needs, it has to be a fearless warm setting and this is what he gets everyday. The therapists are amazing. Each one knows each child and gives unconditional love and care each day. Optimum ABA is a very nurturing and professional place of business. Our twin toddlers have shown tremendous progression since beginning their services with Optimum in June of 2021. We know every day our children our in the best care and will be treated with only the best intentions. I would highly recommend Optimum ABA for services if you have a child diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder - ASD. They make therapy fun, engaging, and interactive. Our twins are not only learning skills to be successful members of society but they obtain the academic piece daily while at Optimum as well.

What a great helped! what a great ABA staff ! What a great Manager and owner Ms. Jaqueline, she provides the best ABA that fits for your child's needs. Everyday, you can see her at the center, doing the hands-on worked to oversee her staff, at par on company's professional standard. Me and my wife, were very grateful, especially during the pandemic, although my son he not in school but we noticed, he gained more progress, in terms of his behavior and other learning capabilities. We, Forever, thank you guys. Continue helping children, more power to Optimum Center and all the ABA staff. Dad.

The BEST decision I made was choosing Optimum ABA for my son!!! I was hesitant at first, because I’ve heard some kids struggle with ABA, but Optimum is different!! They are passionate, caring, compassionate, patient and loving!! My son was in an Elementary school in a class for kids with Autism, he is 4yrs old. Meeting after meeting I just felt so discouraged!! It was always so negative and he kept regressing. While we were at OT and Speech one of the moms told me about Optimum, I called Jacqueline and she was absolutely amazing!! She was so patient with me over the phone, explaining the process and getting my son the therapy he needs. She contacted Medicaid to see if he will be approved for ABA and he was approved for 5 days a week. Even though we lived in Coral Springs when he started, we drove to Optimum every day...so why did we drive an hour there and an hour back?? Because my son was finally thriving!!! He was completely non-verbal, but after a week at Optimum he was saying words again, following directions and he was even taking a nap every day at Optimum!! We even decided to move closer to Lake Worth so that our son could get all the care he needs. He loves it there!! He walks in and gives Jacqueline and his therapist a BIG hug every morning and he gives them a hug at the end of the day too!! He is always happy when I drop him off and happy when I pick him up!! They treat him like he is their own child!! I’m so happy that we took him out of Elementary school and put him in Optimum!! Jacqueline is THE BEST!!! She LOVES what she does and it shows!! She puts so much effort into making the center a fun and safe environment for kids with special needs!! She doesn’t just hire anyone, she hires THE BEST Therapists!! They are such an amazing Team!! I can’t thank them enough for taking such GREAT care of my son!! They have become like family to us and we are beyond grateful that our busy little man is in GREAT hands!! I always tell every person I meet who has a child with Special Needs, to take them to Optimum!!! It’s a hidden gem and I’m just so happy and grateful that my friend told me about Jacqueline and Optimum!! My son is happy and thriving and that’s truly all a mommy with a special needs child wants💙🎉!!! Give Optimum ABA a try, get to know Jacqueline and her amazing Team!! Trust me you WON’T regret it!! Truly THE BEST decision we made for our son!!! Thank you so much for everything you do for our little man Optimum ABA!! We love you all so very much💙!! You are all beyond AMAZING💗!!
