I highly recommend Peace Behavioral Health for anyone seeking exceptional psychiatric care in Florida and Maine. Dr. Sikaczowski combines deep expertise with a compassionate, patient-centered approach that puts his patients at ease. Patients are truly in great hands with Dr. Sikaczowski.

WOW! I have never experienced the total feeling of safety and caring from a Dr’s. office. My daughter found Dr. Sikaczowski online. I had been struggling for decades with different MD’s misdiagnosing me. Constantly getting put on typical depression medications. I’d go on an emotional and behavioral roller coaster. Constantly up and down. The last straw, my MD misdiagnosed me. Then, put me on a medication that was making me worse. Would not listen when I said I was getting worse, not better. Thank God for my husband pushing m...

Unfortunately as of right now I cannot leave a good review - I turned to this practice when my old dishonest Dr turned on me after 8 years straight of treatment. I specifically explained the situation to both the owner and the staff of the current situation, and I also pleaded with the psychiatrist that they paired me up with to please, please Question the former drs statements as if you truthfully did you would find inconsistencies in his statements, the facts just simply do not support his words. They had zero problem taki...

Dr. S. and everyone at Peace Behavioral Health have been incredibly supportive, available, informative, and helpful to us in our unique circumstances. The person in our family who is in need of psychiatric care is extremely vulnerable, and Dr. S has been attentive and available. His knowledge and expertise has been critical in the care of our family member and we are grateful for him. I highly recommend Peace Behavioral Health.

I required on behalf of a client in Maine a comprehensive forensic evaluation with recommendations for future treatment. We retained Dr. Sikaczowski, and he performed the required services quickly and thoroughly, producing a work product that exceeded expectations. Throughout my work with Dr. Sikaczowski he was efficient, professional, compassionate, and capable. The report he generated was deemed by everyone involved in my case to be credible for its reliance on data from objective testing and citation of cutting-edge autho...

Dr. Rabin is dismissive and condescending. This psychiatrist insisted on drug testing before even establishing a patient relationship, despite my previous psychiatrist at the same office never requiring this in a year of care. When I said the interaction felt rude, they doubled down, called it “policy,” and threatened to taper me off my medication without discussion if I didn’t comply via voicemail on a holiday! Crazy. Her reviews online cite a “lack of empathy” and yeah, she is completely unprofessional and not patient-centered, unfortunately all too common.

My experience at McGeachey Hall in Portland, Maine was extremely disappointing and upsetting. The staff there were dismissive, forceful, and showed very little compassion or understanding for my situation. In particular, Dr. Stuhr tried to pressure me into taking Gabapentin even after I clearly stated that I did not want to take it. She was incredibly pushy about it—so much so that she actually told me to “walk across the street to get it,” as if my personal boundaries or concerns didn’t matter at all. I left feeling unheard, disrespected, and genuinely upset at how little care or empathy was shown. Rather than working with me or trying to understand my concerns about medication, they seemed more focused on pushing prescriptions and moving on to the next patient. The whole experience made me feel like just another number instead of a human being struggling to get help. If you’re looking for a place that truly listens, respects your autonomy, and offers thoughtful mental health care—I would not recommend McGeachey Hall.

Will prescribe you a medication that may or may not work, will support you and be buddy buddy with you long enough for you to be dependent on said medication.... and then will literally drop you like a hit potato. One day you'll have no more refills, and there wont be a single real person to talk to on the phone about the issue. You're just S.O.L. it's disgusting behavior from "health professionals". Absolutely appalling. Already suffering from withdrawals for three days and not even my Pharmacy can get a hold of anyone at the office. At this point I'm forced to consider legal action.

I'm on medication that is dangerous to not have especially pregnant and they've let me go now for two days without a call back or anything. Never had a refill fall on a weekend with a holiday before and no one wants to help I have siezures without my medication, you think they would check on their patients well being
