Progressive Pediatric Therapy-West Palm Beach Clinic

It saddens me to have to write this review, as this place truly feels like a second home to my family. The therapists here are phenomenal, and that level of care is supported by a strong and welcoming front desk team. Recently, I noticed that a familiar and much-loved front desk staff member is no longer here. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and wonderful with our kids, who genuinely looked forward to seeing her. It was clear she cared deeply about her role and the families she interacted with. Learning of her departure & reason was upsetting, especially given the values of integrity and respect this business represents. She was a meaningful part of our experience here, and her absence is felt. I truly wish her the very best moving forward.

Alex is a truly dedicated and compassionate speech therapist who consistently went above and beyond to support Arhaan’s growth. She not only worked closely with him during sessions but also provided thoughtful, detailed feedback and practical guidance that we could easily follow at home. Alex always took the time to explain Arhaan’s progress, strengths, and next steps in a way that made us feel informed and confident as parents. Under her supervision, Arhaan showed significant improvement in his speech and communication skills. Her patience, encouragement, and personalized approach made a noticeable difference, and Arhaan genuinely enjoyed working with her. Beyond her professional expertise, Alex is a wonderful person—kind, approachable, and deeply invested in her clients’ success. I am so grateful for our speech therapist, Conrad Felten. Both of my kids have made amazing progress, and I can see the improvement every week. Conrad is patient, kind, and truly cares about their success. He explains everything clearly, gives helpful tips for home, and always encourages my kids in a positive way. My son has had 3 sessions including the first evaluation with Miss Alex! It is incredible the progress in such a short time. We have noticed significant improvement in his communication already . Miss Alex is kind, patient, she explains everything in detail with compassion. She also made me feel reassured that I didn’t do anything wrong as a mother and that really meant a lot to me because i definitely felt like I didn’t something wrong for my son not to speak much. I recommend them and am happy so far and can’t wait to see my son develop even more with them.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ms. Brittney M. She is truly one of the best OTs I’ve ever seen. She takes so much time to really understand each child and what matters most to them not just what’s convenient or quick. Her sessions are thoughtful, creative, and fun, and she always goes the extra mile in ways most people simply aren’t willing to do. What I love most is that she isn’t lazy or repetitive. She consistently comes up with new, engaging activities that actually help kids progress while still keeping them excited to participate. She gives clear exercises and strategies to work on at home, and she genuinely cares about the families she works with. You can feel that in every session. On top of all that, her personality is incredible — warm, patient, encouraging, funny and so easy to connect with. She makes you feel supported, heard, and truly cared for!!
