Wow… Like others, I’m also surprised by the ratings. I came here to share my experience and help guide other families in similar daily situations by providing a review.

ABA Centers has truly been life-changing for our family. They go above and beyond in every way for their patients—no other place even comes close to what they offer.

Do not sign up with this company. It’s all about the $$$!!! They look for individuals that can’t get a provider in network. Then they charge your insurance astronomical rates.

I recently contacted ABA Centers of Florida regarding services for children with special needs. Unfortunately, my experience with their admissions coordinator was disappointing. The staff member I spoke with had limited English proficiency, which made communication difficult and left me feeling uncertain about the quality and clarity of the services offered. As a parent, clear and effective communication is essential—especially when seeking support for children with communication challenges. I expected to speak with someone knowledgeable who could confidently guide me through the process and answer my questions. Instead, the language barrier created confusion and concern. I hope the organization considers the importance of having staff who can communicate fluently and professionally with families. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services.

My first visit was great however they have turned out to be such a disappointment. After not needing to do an evaluation with them because my daughter's eval report was acceptable their communication with next steps went down. They sent the authorization to the insurance and evern the insurance called me to tell me they have been calling them for a week to change the provider because the one they out was out of network but they had doctors there that were within network. I have called 3 times to ask for a office manager. Last call was 8/21 & today is 9/16 and no one has called. Wheb I visited the location my only concern was that they did not have a ramp how does a aba therapy not have a ramp seemed like a huge violation. The guidance for parents who just got the diagnosis feeling so many emptions and not knowing where to go from here this place is not it. Thank God we have found a loving place. ABA centers of florida do better.
