I called to inquire about services for my child. The guy on the phone sounded like a used car salesman who didn't have a lot of information and felt like I was getting the "let me talk to my manager" spiel. Don't call if you have a kid over 8 yrs old. I was told not sure if we can help because of how the program works and there's a 6 month waiting list. OK, so dont put we up to 10 yrs old on the website then. I knew I shouldn't have called (heard bad things years ago) but figured things would have changed over the years. Nope. Still shady and regimented and whack. Good luck! Love how their response is trying to all CYA and make genuine people appear to be liars. The people do not want to hear from you, person just TRYING to get business. They are here to hear from ACTUAL people who attempted to try your whack establishment but were met with disgusting "service" on the other line. That actually happened. Whatever you say in response actually doesn't matter. Woof!

Lindsey’s expertise has been invaluable, consistently advocating for our son and ensuring his progress with tailored strategies and collaboration with Hillsborough County School district, key players on sons care Care Team and coordination with CARD-USF (Center for Autism Research and Development) . Olivia has made an incredible impact with her dedication and belief in his potential. Her unwavering commitment has pushed him through significant milestones, from improved socialization to overcoming major challenges. Olivia has given our family the hope we needed, and we’re seeing results we never thought possible. Romaine has also been instrumental in our son’s growth, offering the energy and support needed to help him keep progressing.
