Poor communication with director. Did not feel communication with director was clear. Multiple members of our family spoke with director and came away with totally different understandings of whether child was eligible.

Heartland was a saving grace for my son. They took a chance nobody else would with him, and it has been life changing. They have built something truly special and put so much love into what they do. I can truly never thank everyone enough! My son has an Autism diagnosis with multiple behavioral issues and so many failed attempts with other treatments and multiple ER trips. Heartland not only taught my son some of the best coping mechanisms but also educated our family to keep continuing him at the best he’s ever been!

My 17 year old daughter is diagnosed with ASD and bipolar disorder with psychotic features. She was in the state psychiatric hospital for an extended stay and when it came time for discharge, no other residential placement would take a chance on us. I am very grateful Heartland decided to take a chance. And I was very skeptical of ABA having had a really bad experience when my daughter was much younger. Our daughter has really thrived at Heartland. The staff showed great caring and our child got what she needed and is returning to the community with a new set of skills and a great deal of confidence. Looking forward to the next healthier chapter. I would not hesitate to refer other families. Thank you Heartland.

I want to say how happy we are to have our grandson there at Heartland and what a wonderful job they have done with him. They track everything he does all his behaviors. We know everything he’s doing they call us. We have meetings. I just can’t thank them enough they are such wonderful people, Alex and Jacqueline and Gavin. I’m just so happy to have them in our lives. They have done so many wonderful things more than we ever had anywhere and we’ve had him a ton of places when we found this place I just couldn’t believe how much they love and cherish our children. If you have any kind of inkling to send your child somewhere, please contact Heartland They are wonderful wonderful place. They have BCB A’s on staff. They have just wonderful staff wonderful clean beautiful place they take such great pride and what they do they care. I am just so thankful to God that we found them. Thank you. All who are helping our grandson get bettercause we are very thankful for Heartland .

My ASD teen with 21 other diagnosis had multiple stays here. The ABA therapy and reward system worked wonders in her and was much needed respite opportunity for my family. Staff experienced and safety here top notch. I would 1000 percent recommended this place especially if your child has complex medical issues! They still check up and care about us and I cannot say enough good things about Heartland! Shared this resource with my support groups and everyone I know!

My son has been going to Florida autism center for several months now and I can already see a shift in his behavior. He loves going there, and I feel that he is somewhere safe and secure with people I can trust. All of the administrative staff as well as the therapist love their job and clearly love children. I highly recommend the Florida autism center the division of blue Sprig of New Port Richey FL!!!

Attempted to get someone on the phone to discuss school based services for my child. Filled out the contact form like they require online. I get a text from someone named Alex who I ask to jump on a call with me. Never responds. I follow up, they still don’t respond. I receive a text today stating they are at capacity and asking if I want my child added to their waitlist. I was never told they were at capacity. Very unsettling. Why would I trust a place with my SPECIAL NEEDS child that I can’t even get someone on the phone? So disappointing.

Taking my son here was the best decision we could’ve ever made. My only upset is that he couldn’t stay longer due to aging out.
